KUCHING: The Boulevard Shopping Mall in Kuching was abuzz with excitement as it hosted the Boulevard Fashion Show 2023 (BFS 2023) last Saturday.
Organised by the mall itsell, the event was a glittering display of the freshest fashion trends.
The theme this year was “Urban Street.” It provided a fresh look at today’s street fashion. The theme was split into two categories to give fashion lovers a varied experience.
The first category, “Urban Chic,” spotlighted modern, trendy, casual streetwear. The second, “Street Sporty,” highlighted fashion inspired by outdoor street sports, according to mall’s press release.
The main goal of the show was to highlight the fashion brands available at the mall, raising awareness about them.
Many brands took the spotlight during the event. For instance, Boulevard Hypermarket and Departmental Store showcased their brand, Forest Clothing, under the “Urban Chic” label. In the “Street Sporty” section, names like Runati, Conelli, Puma, Cheetah Ladies, and CTH Unlimited stood out.
Additionally, Lea Sports Centre shined in the “Street Sporty” category, presenting brands like Starsport, Slazenger, and No Fear.
Meanwhile, Jayvee Street stood out for its Borneo-themed ready-to-wear outfits in the “Urban Chic” category. And Nicole Collection showcased an elegant range of women’s wear.
All in all, BFS 2023 was a fashion lover’s dream, with top street styles and innovative offerings from its featured brands.
