KUCHING: Kuching City FC are set to face Brunei’s DPMM FC in an exciting friendly match on Jan 4.
DPMM FC, currently competing in the Singapore Premier League (SPL), will take on the Cats at the iconic Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei.

The Cats, back in training after the Christmas break, are in high spirits.
Despite a narrow 1-0 aggregate loss to Sabah FC in the Malaysia Cup quarter-finals, Kuching City currently sit in sixth place in the Malaysian Super League and are eager to start the year with a victory over PDRM on Jan 11.
A win against PDRM could move Kuching up to fourth place and kick off the year with a strong start.
Currently, PDRM are fifth with 21 points, while Kuching have 18 points and two games in hand.
Head coach Aidil Sharin Sahak will aim to leverage his squad’s potential in the friendly to make a strong impression against the Brunei side.
