KUCHING: Head of State, Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud received a farewell visit from the Chief of Special Branch of the Royal Malaysia Police, SAC Mohamad Hairuddin Che Hamid in Demak Jaya, here this morning.
During the courtesy call on Taib, he informed that he would be transferred to Selangor on Dec 1.
In addition, he also thanked Taib and the Sarawak government for their good hospitality and cooperation during his three years of service in Sarawak.
