KUCHING: A man and three children were hurt after the car they were travelling in, collided with another vehicle along Jalan Sultan Tengah early this morning.
The accident happened at around 6.20 am involving a Perodua Myvi carrying the man and his three young passengers — two girls and a boy — and a Perodua Alza driven by a woman.
Members of the public acted swiftly and rescued all victims from the vehicles before firefighters from Petra Jaya station arrived at the scene.
The Myvi driver and the children sustained minor injuries and were given initial treatment before being sent to the hospital for further medical attention
Meanwhile, the Alza driver escaped unharmed in the accident.
