KUCHING: The title race in the Liga Perdana Tunku 2026 took a new turn as CRC FC moved to the summit on 27 points.
This came following a 3-0 win over TSI FC at Field C, Petra Jaya last Sunday (June 21).
CRC FC delivered a dominant and disciplined performance, with an early surge laying the foundation for a comfortable victory.
Corporal (Cpl) Musamil Hadi Omar starred for CRC FC with a brace, scoring in the 8th and 20th minutes to give his side early control of the match.

Aircraftman (AC) Muhammad Amirun Azim Mohd Zhaki then added the third goal in the 32nd minute to complete a commanding opening half for the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF)-linked side.
The team, which comprises personnel from the Command Control Reporting Centre 2 (CRC 2), Kota Samarahan, and the Kuching Air Force Base of the RMAF, maintained their structure and composure throughout the match to secure all three points.
With the win, CRC FC now lead the standings with 27 points from nine matches played.
TSI FC, meanwhile, have played 10 matches.
The result further strengthens CRC FC’s position in the title race as the competition enters its decisive stages.
