KUCHING: The Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) Satok payment counters are now operating again from July 1 between 8am to 4pm.
However, the commission encouraged customers to use the online services available through the DBKU eServiceKU portal at eserviceku.dbku.gov.my.
It also urged customers to utilise JomPay, Sarawak Pay, Paybills Malaysia, BSN, and Maybank2U.
“Any inconvenience caused is regretted,” said DBKU in a statement yesterday (July 6).
