KUCHING: Sarawak General Hospital is searching for the next of kin or family members of a patient named Linah Alang, 81, whose last known address was No. 70, Jalan Bendahara 57, Taman Mewah Ria, Klang, 41000 Selangor.
The patient was brought in by a JPAM ambulance from the Desa Wira area to the Emergency and Trauma Department, Sarawak General Hospital, for treatment on March 14, 2025.
“However, up to now, no family members or relatives have come to visit the patient at the hospital.
In a press statement yesterday, the hospital said it was also facing difficulties in obtaining information about her family since the patient had unclear speech and did not know her exact place of residence.
Currently, the patient remains under treatment in the Yellow Zone, Emergency and Trauma Department, Sarawak General Hospital.She is in a stable condition.
The Sarawak General Hospital urges the patient’s next of kin or family members to come to the Yellow Zone, Emergency and Trauma Department, or contact 082-276866 (Extension 5164), or Batang Ringkai, Medical Social Work Officer, at 082-276252 (Office Hours) immediately.
