SIBU: A 34-year-old man sustained minor head injuries after losing control of his car which crashed into a palm tree at Jalan Lanang on Sunday.
The incident happened around 3.45pm when the man was on his way home.
Firefighters from Sibu fire station found the car damaged by the fallen palm tree. They removed the tree and cleared the debris from the middle of the road before going back to their station.
The driver was given early treatment by the emergency medical rescue service (EMRS) unit.
