KOTA SAMARAHAN: An elderly man suddenly fainted while buying food at Samarahan Ramadan Bazaar here yesterday.
The unaccompanied man shocked the people walking around him when he fainted and caused chaos among the hawkers. It was believed that he fainted due to the hot weather.
Fortunately, the Civil Defence Force personnel were at the scene and they immediately helped the man.
The man was then brought to a nearby hospital by the Civil Defence Force ambulance for further checkups.
