KUCHING: Flower enthusiasts and gardening lovers are invited to the Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) Nursery Open Day, which will be held on Saturday (Feb 22) from 8 am to 5 pm at the DBKU Nursery on Jalan Depo.
A wide variety of flowers and plants will be available for sale at special prices, ranging from seasonal outdoor flowers such as periwinkle, marigold, melampodium, and coleus to ornamental shrubs like bougainvillea, ruellia, and Pseuderanthemum species.
For those looking for indoor plants, options such as Schefflera arboricola, Euodia, Cordyline, and Dracaena will also be available.
In addition to plant sales, the event will feature various exciting activities for visitors, including a flower arrangement competition, a tote bag painting competition, and a T-shirt painting activity for families.
Furthermore, visitors can explore compost sales and a wider selection of plants at the venue.
