KUCHING: Five men were arrested for trying to break into a house at Stampin Baru near here around 3am on Sunday.
When a neighbour heard noises coming out from the house he immediately contacted the police who then went to the house with a dog unit.
The five aged between 20 and 31 are all Indonesians. They were taken to Kampung Gita Police station and detained for further questioning to see if they are involved in other house breaking and theft cases.
Three of the five suspects did not possess any travel documents and would be charged under the Immigration Act too.
