KUCHING: At 6.43am yesterday, Saratok BOMBA received a call from the police informing them that a road accident at Simpang Kerian, Saratok.
Following the call, Saratok BOMBA immediately dispatched seven personnel in two vehicles led by
PB Zainudin bin Manan.
Upon arrival at the scene, the firefighters saw a badly damaged Perodua Myvi car by the road side. Five people were also in the car.
The firefighters immediately gave first aid treatment to all the car passengers.
Three of the passengers were taken in an EMRS vehicle while the other two were taken in an ambulance from Saratok Hospital for treatment.
The victims are Indonesians comprising four men and a woman.
