KUCHING: A 50-year-old man was severely burned after he tried to set fire on debris in his garden at Stapok near here last Sunday afternoon.
The man was said to be trying to pour petrol into the fire when the flames engulfed him. He got burned on his face, legs and arms.
His family members later took the man to a private clinic but he was later transferred to the Burns Unit of the Sarawak General Hospital where he was warded.
