KUCHING: A woman, believed to have been reported missing several days ago, was found dead inside a car at a renowned shopping mall’s multi-level parking lot here earlier today.
According to an early report by TVS Rebao, the discovery was made after members of the public noticed a strong foul odour coming from the vehicle.
“Police were alerted to the scene, where they found the woman’s body, believed to have been dead for some time.
“It was understood that the victim was acting normally before her disappearance, going out as usual, but was unexpectedly found lifeless inside her car,” TVS Rebao reported.
Police have since cordoned off the area to facilitate investigation, while the cause of death has yet to be determined.
