KUCHING: Frontliners manning mounted roadblocks throughout Kuching received Hari Raya delicacies from the Kuching police district headquarters (IPD) today.
Kuching district deputy police chief Supt Merbin Lisa handed over the delicacies to the personnel manning roadblocks. He took three hours from 11am to 2pm to complete the task.
Merbin said this meaningful act was to give moral support and encouragement to the frontliners for their devotion since the enforcement of the movement control order (MCO) since March 18.
He also spent some time at several roadblocks to monitor the movement of vehicles.
