BINTANGOR: Meradong assemblyman Datuk Ding Kuong Hiing assured that he will apply for funding under the Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) to carry out infrastructure upgrades at Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina SJKC Ming Tee.
During a working visit to the school on Wednesday (Apr 9), Ding said the allocated funds would be used for several key improvements.
These include the installation of a light emitting diode (LED) screen in the school hall, aimed at enhancing learning facilities and supporting extracurricular activities.
He also proposed improvements to the drainage system around the school, which could be transformed into a parking area to ease the movement of parents and ensure smoother traffic flow during school arrival and dismissal times.
