His leadership as hotel manager and resort manager further strengthened his reputation for enhancing guest satisfaction, driving business growth, and elevating the hotel service standards.
In his new role, Gerard will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, with a strong focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, fostering team development, and implementing innovative strategies to further establish Pullman Miri Waterfront as the preferred destination for both business and leisure travellers in the region.
