KUANTAN: The Head of Sarawak, Tun Pehin Sri Dr. Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, and his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah Mohd Sanusi, had the opportunity to enjoy a breakfast stop at Kuantan Pickers, a well-known local coffee shop in the city.
Their arrival was warmly received by the shop owners, Nazrul Zubir and Azry Abu Bakar, along with their friendly staff.
Located at Jalan Besar, the eatery has been operating since 2018. It is popular for its signature dishes, including ‘kacang pool’, ‘nasi lemak’, ‘nasi dagang’, ‘roti bakar’, and local confectionery.
Beyond its food, Kuantan Pickers stands out for its vintage-inspired ambience, featuring a collection of antiques that add to its charm and appeal.
Wan Junaidi expressed hope that food and beverage traders would continue to grow in their industry while maintaining the high quality of their dishes, cleanliness of the premises, and friendly customer service.
