KUCHING: Two motorcyclists sustained severe head injuries following a collision on Sunday evening along Jalan Kampung Puak towards Kampung Seropat.
The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) received a distress call at 7.07 pm, prompting firefighters from the Bau station to respond.
The team arrived at the scene at 7.17 pm and confirmed the accident involved two motorcycles.
One of the injured was immediately treated on-site by paramedics and subsequently transported to Bau Hospital in an Emergency Medical Rescue Services (EMRS) vehicle.
The second victim was taken to the same hospital via an ambulance.
The operation ended at 7.42 pm.
