KUCHING: Head of State Tun pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar together with his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah Fauziah Mohd Sanusi will officiate at the closing ceremony and witness the final match of the Piala Emas Rebutan Yayasan Sarawak 2025 Football Championship.
The event is scheduled to take place at Sarawak Stadium here on November 29 at 3:00 pm.
This was confirmed following a courtesy visit and the presentation of the official invitation letter to Wan Junaidi and Fauziah by the tournament’s organising committee at his official residence at Kasuma Resort today.
The courtesy call was led by Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Datuk Seri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, who also provided a detailed briefing on the organisation of the championship.
Also present was the director of Yayasan Sarawak, Datuk Junaidi Mohidin.
