KOTA SAMARAHAN: Iced Bar, one of the most prominent cocktail bars at La Promenade Mall, has introduced new additions to its new menu.
The additions consist of six classic cocktails and two creative mocktails, in conjunction with Iced Bar’s first anniversary.
The six classic cocktails are Negroni, Margarita, Long Island Tea, Whisky Sour, Cosmopolitan and Manhattan and the two mocktails are Green Whisper and Pink Oasis.
Bartender Brenda Sonia was thrilled to share the new classics with customers, saying that the selection of the classics feels like the perfect way to celebrate their first anniversary.
“Whenever possible, I like putting my own twist to traditional recipes to make them unique. Mocktails are more than just alcohol-free drinks, they are an art form on their own teeth.
“I love crafting unique mocktails that anyone can enjoy, no matter the occasion,” she said during a briefing with reporters on the new additions yesterday (Dec 10).
Since its opening last year, Iced Bar has charmed guests with its cosy atmosphere and creative drinks.
