KUCHING: Hexcel and Associates, Sarawak’s pioneering human resource development training provider, has introduced the globally recognised Accelerated Learning (AL) Principles and Techniques to Malaysian trainers and educators through its inaugural Accelerated Learning Certification Workshop.
Held from Mar 19 to 21, the workshop was facilitated by AL Master Trainers Poh Teck Lim and Kaveri Kuttappa.
It brought together 16 participants for an immersive experience in the AL Method, which focuses on engaging, multi-sensory, and activity-based learning approaches.
Poh, the co-founder of Hexcel and Associates, emphasised the company’s commitment to shape the future of learning in Malaysia by introducing globally recognised methodologies.
“This workshop is a testament to our mission of ‘Inspiring Human Excellence’ and our dedication to empowering trainers and educators with transformative learning tools,” he said.
With over three decades of experience as a trainer, facilitator, and coach across 26 countries, Poh shared his expertise in the 8 AL Guiding Principles and 3 AL Techniques, including the Rapid Course Design methodology.
These strategies aim to create learner-centric environments that enhance engagement and retention.
Participants described the certification workshop as a “game-changer” that reignited their passion for teaching and training.
They praised the facilitators for fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere while equipping them with practical skills to rethink traditional teaching methods.
