KUCHING: An administrative officer woke up to find his house broken into at 2.45am on Tuesday.
The victim, 44, from Lorong Cahaya Permai, Taman Semariang was sleeping and woke up upon hearing noises.
He turned on the lights, which probably scared the burglars away, to find the house in a mess.
Gone were cellphones, RM200 and several electrical appliances.
However, the burglars failed to make away with his TV and some food items.
He believed that the burglars came in through the back door.
A police report has been lodged.
