MIRI: The Civil Defence Force (APM) successfully removed a hornets’ nest from a tree in Ocean Park here on Monday (May 29), ensuring the safety of the residents.
According to a statement by the Miri APM, a team of four personnel promptly responded to an alert regarding the nest’s discovery on the previous day.
The operation to remove the nest commenced at 7.17pm and concluded within a span of 15 minutes. The team utilised insecticide spray to neutralise the hornets’ nest, effectively mitigating any potential risks.
