KUCHING: Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) is looking for family members or heirs of a 56-year-old Chinese male patient named Ho Chin Chai.
Ho was admitted to the hospital on May 14 and was placed in the orthopaedic ward on level 6, bed 20 at SGH.
The patient’s last address was Lot 8695, Tkt 2, Sec 64, Jalan Pending, 93450 Kuching Sarawak.
The hospital is requesting the public who has information regarding the patient to contact Dr Noorshaafi Haziq at 082-276666 extension 6814 or 016-5766263 immediately.
