KUCHING: Hock Seng Lee (HSL) has unveiled two furnishing packages for its 11-storey Jigsaw condominium, offering buyers the convenience of moving in with nothing more than a suitcase.

Located opposite Kuching International Airport, Jigsaw features only 117 all-corner units, with 60 per cent of them being three-bedroom layouts exceeding 1,000 sq ft.

Units start from RM680 per sq ft under the Basic+ specification, which includes a Samsung washer-dryer.

The two optional packages – Designer and Standard – are tailored for stylish, hassle-free living.

The Designer package (RM100 per sq ft) offers a full fit-out curated by IDC Architects, including kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, furniture, memory-foam mattresses, and branded appliances like a Samsung TV and washer-dryer.

The minimalist Standard package (RM50 per sq ft) provides essential carpentry for those preferring to personalise their space.

With this, all-in prices come to RM730 per sq ft.

IDC Architects Director, Tina Lau, said the interiors embrace neutral palettes drawn from natural stone and timber, with grey-washed walls and white ceilings creating an airy, calming atmosphere.

HSL’s Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager, Angie Joan Daniel, said the packages are loan-eligible and benefit from cost savings through HSL’s economies of scale.

Jigsaw’s facilities include a resort-style pool, gym, landscaped grounds, secure basement parking, EV charger-ready bays, and high-speed fibre Internet.

It is the first in East Malaysia to feature double-glazed Low-E windows, reducing heat gain by up to 65 per cent.

Residents benefit from a low maintenance fee of 21 sen per sq ft and smart access control via number-plate recognition and QR codes, replacing traditional keycards.

HSL Managing Director, Datuk Paul Yu Chee Hoe, said Jigsaw adapts the popular “township-within-a-park” concept from La Promenade – Sarawak’s largest gated community – into vertical living, with landscaping, pocket greens and planter boxes integrated throughout the building.

Designed by KL-based Konzepte Asia and Sarawak’s IDC Architects, the project was launched in October 2024 and is set for completion by Q1 2026.

According to the HSL sales team, studio units have been sold out, and nearly half of total units sold include the optional furnishing packages.

A Designer show unit is open daily at La Promenade Mall from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
