KUCHING: Junior Chamber International (JCI) Kuching is set to roll out a series of high-impact programmes following its fifth Board of Directors (BOD) meeting for the year, aimed at empowering young professionals and entrepreneurs in the city.

A leadership session, held on April 27, focused on reviewing the chapter’s progress and aligning key priorities to strengthen its role as a premier platform for youth leadership and community development.

Kicking off the upcoming calendar is a Business Networking session designed to bridge connections among local entrepreneurs, followed by a comprehensive Business Pitching Training workshop.

The chapter is also adding an international dimension to its activities with ‘In Your Eyes, Across the World’, a specialised virtual networking experience via Zoom aimed at connecting JCI members across four global regions.

The month’s activities will culminate on May 30 with the ‘Gawai Together GMM’ (Grand Monthly Meeting), a celebration dedicated to the Gawai Harvest Festival to foster community spirit and honour Sarawak’s rich cultural traditions.
