KUCHING: Jom Travel and Tours has entered into a strategic collaboration with Kembara Umrah JDT (KUJDT), a subsidiary of Tiara Mass Travel & Tours, to enhance access to Umrah pilgrimages for Sarawakians.
The partnership was cemented through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony at the TEGAS Digital Innovation Hub, attended by representatives and agents from both organisations.
The MoU, signed by Jom Travel and Tours managing director Amira Abdul Hamid and Tiara Mass Travel & Tours founder Mossiah Mahadi, establishes an alliance that introduces flexible installment payment plans to ease the financial burden for individuals aspiring to undertake the sacred journey.
“Our mission at Jom Travel and Tours is to ensure that Umrah is accessible to all Sarawakians, regardless of their financial circumstances,” said Amira.

“Through these flexible payment schemes, we aim to make the pilgrimage more attainable.”
KUJDT, renowned for its high-quality Umrah packages and small-group travel, contributes its extensive expertise and resources to the partnership by specialising in intimate travel groups of 25 pilgrims per trip, ensuring a personalised and enriching experience that aligns seamlessly with Jom Travel and Tours’ commitment to comprehensive pilgrimage support.
Beyond Umrah packages, Jom Travel and Tours also offers a wide array of outbound travel packages worldwide, with booking deposits as low as RM200, making international travel more accessible to Sarawakians.
