KUCHING: Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) took up the challenge by transforming its Friendly Information Bureau (BMM) in accordance with its mission which is “To Improve the Quality of Life by Creating Condusive Environment, Residents’ Involvement and Deliver The best Service”.
In pursuit of this mission, residents of Kuching North City may submit any complaint/ suggestion to DBKU’s 24-hour Service Centre and DBKU WhatsApp number at 016-8864466.
When sending WhatsApp to DBKU, the following details are needed.
Name of complainant, Complainant’s MyKad numbers, Complainant’s Address, Complainant’s telephone number, Complainant’s information and location and pictures. (DBKU will keep all information confidential).
In addition, citizens can contact the DBKU 24-Hour Service Centre Hotline at 082-446644 and the DBKU team will go to the location according to the complaint.
DBKU hopes to be able to continue the successes of the previous years and hopefully residents of Kuching City will continue to work together and support the council in pursuing this noble effort to deliver the best services in line with the concept of Kuching Clean, Beautiful, and Safe (CBS) Enhancement Plan 2013-2017.
