MUKAH: The late mother of Chief Executive Officer of Suara Sarawak and Sarawak Tribune, Datuk Dr Jeniri Amir, Pauline Rabuyah Padih, was laid to rest at 12.15 pm today (Jan 25).
She was buried at the Christian Cemetery (A Liko) in Sungai Genai, Kampung Tellian Tengah.
The funeral ceremony was attended by family members, friends, relatives, and villagers from both within and outside Mukah.
She passed away at the age of 85 at her residence at 3.05 am on Thursday (Jan 23).
She is survived by three children, more than 60 grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Notably, the deceased was one of the oldest residents of Kampung Tellian Tengah.
