KUCHING: Early renders of the Samsung Galaxy S11 were leaked a day ago across the globe, and several Kuching locals are ready to give their feedback on it.

While the smartphone’s specifications have yet to be announced, there are already early renders of the Samsung Galaxy S11.

According to the latest published patents, Samsung is continuing to work on a “borderless” smartphone with the screen curving round the sides of the device, offering not only a full-frontal display but also a notable amount of the display embracing all four sides of the device.

Luqman Hakim Zulkilfi, 22, an avid fan of Samsung smartphone S-series, gave his feedback on the early rendition of the latest Galaxy S11.

“If this is the model of the upcoming Samsung flagship phone, I won’t buy it,” he said, showing his disinterest. “The concept design looks outdated, in my opinion. The rounded edges and the body remind me of Galaxy S3 and S4.”

Another local named Lydia Lau, 19, said that she didn’t like the design, and further mentioned that it would be hard to put the screen protector on due to the curvature of the screen.

“I don’t like it. The model looks like the one from HTC,” Lydia said.

Many of the locals in Kuching showed their disinterest in the current early renders of the upcoming smartphone that will be the Samsung’s latest flagship smartphone, but it’s all based on leakers, patents and information revolving around the said smartphone.

However, people are still looking forward to new information about the smartphone that could possibly be launched next year, either unpacked in August or in the run up to CES2020.
