SERIAN: A 19-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a three-vehicle crash at Mile 14 along Jalan Kuching–Serian yesterday evening (Apr 5).
Padawan police chief Supt Mohd Irwan Hafiz Md Radzi said the accident, which occurred at about 5.30pm, involved a motorcycle, a car and a bus.
“The victim was pronounced dead at the scene,” he said when contacted.
The victim was identified as the son of a vocalist from local band Wooden Gun.
The case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
