MIRI: A male body was discovered entangled among rocks along Jalan Pantai Marina, behind the Miri City Council building.
This was confirmed by Miri District Police Chief, ACP Mohd Farhan Lee Abdullah, today.
The discovery was made following information received from the public.
Police have classified the case as a sudden death.
Authorities are urging anyone with information related to the incident to contact the Miri IPD control centre at 085-433400 or Miri Police Station Chief, Inspector Nixon Malang, at 016-8865949.
The public is also advised against speculating or spreading sensitive content on social media, as it could cause unnecessary unrest within the community.
