BAU: A local man was found dead, hanging from a tree near his house in Kampung Skio this morning (Dec 7).
Firefighters from Bau station were dispatched to the scene, about 11km away, after being alerted by police at around 9.20 am.
Upon arrival, the team recovered the body and handed it over to paramedics, who confirmed his death after examinations.
The body was later handed to police for further action. His identity was not immediately known, and the exact cause of the incident remains under police investigation.
The operation ended at 10.09 am.
