KUCHING: The search and rescue (SAR) operation for a 50-year-old who was reported missing at an oil palm plantation in Munggu Prin, Debak, since Wednesday ended yesterday.
According to a spokesman of State Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), the SAR team was informed that Lai Chiu Pau was at his relative’s house located near Rh Kemarau Cangan, about 3 kilometres from the location he was reported missing, at 3.55pm.
He said the operation ended at 4.40pm after Lai’s status had been verified.
