GIRL’S Day’s Bang Minah and actor On Joo Wan are set to get married this November, according to official statements released by their agencies on Friday.
Minah’s agency, SM C&C, confirmed the news and expressed gratitude for the public’s support.
“We would appreciate your warm support and congratulations toward these two people about to embark on a new beginning in their lives,” the agency said, while also offering its own congratulations to the couple.
On Joo Wan’s agency, Haewadal Entertainment, also shared the news, stating that the couple had been in a serious relationship for some time and had decided to get married. The wedding will be held privately, with only family and close acquaintances in attendance.
Minah and Joo Wan first met during the filming of the 2016 SBS drama “Beautiful Gong Shim” and later reunited in the 2021 musical “The Days”.
Minah debuted with Girl’s Day in 2010 and has since pursued acting as well as music. She will be the second member of Girl’s Day to marry, following Sojin’s marriage to actor Lee Dong Ha in 2023. Joo Wan made his acting debut in 2002 in the SBS drama “Rustic Youth” and has appeared in a range of television and film roles, including “The Blade and Petal”, “The Penthouse: War in Life”, and “The Taste of Money”.
