MIRI: Miri Hospital is appealing to the public to help locate the next of kin or family members of a 68-year-old male patient, Tan Kia Fong.
According to his identity card (IC) number 580414-13-XXXX, his registered address is Lot 2291, Chieng Sons Garden, Kilometer 42 Riam, 98000 Miri.
The patient has been receiving treatment at Miri Hospital since Feb 26, 2026.
In a press statement by the hospital, it stated that the patient is unable to provide clear information about himself or his family members.
Consequently, no relatives or next of kin have come forward to assist with treatment planning or discharge arrangements.
The hospital is urging anyone who knows the patient or has information regarding his family to contact Medical Social Work officer, Ketimah Ahmaddi, at 085-460633 during office hours, Monday to Friday.
