SARIKEI: A motorcyclist was injured after he was involved in a hit-and-run accident near the Tanah Putih Skim B intersection on Monday (Jan 2).
Sarikei Civil Defence Force (APM) said they were informed of the accident around 6.45pm and dispatched a team to the scene.
When they arrived, the 39-year-old victim was groaning in pain due to injuries to his waist, hands and legs.
The team promptly administered first aid to the victim before taking him to hospital for further treatment.
