KUCHING: A motorcyclist was killed in an accident at Jalan Kampung Nangka/Pinang in Kota Samarahan, at 6.20pm on Tuesday.
State Traffic Investigation and Enforcement chief Supt Alexson Naga Chabu said the deceased, identified as Dublin Andrew Ajan, 57, was from Kampung Entingan, Kota Samarahan.
“The victim was heading home after buying some goods nearby his house when the accident happened,” he said in a statement today.
It is believed that the victim had lost control of his motorcycle before reaching the junction to his house and skidded into the drain.
His body was later taken to Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) for further action.
