SERDANG: The naked body of a woman with her hands tied was discovered near the Blue Water Estate roundabout in Seri Kembangan here this afternoon.
Serdang District Police Chief ACP Muhamad Farid Ahmad said his department received a call from a member of the public at about 3.45 pm alerting them to the discovery.
“Checks at the location revealed the victim to be a woman, nationality yet to be identified, with a height of approximately 144 centimetres, blonde shoulder-length hair and long fingernails.
“The victim was also wearing silver earrings on both ears and a green and red cloth bracelet, and has a tattoo on her right arm,” he said in a statement.
He said further investigations are being carried out under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
