KUCHING: With the holiday season in full swing, Nando’s is spreading joy in East Malaysia through its first-ever “Gift a Meal, Gift a Smile” campaign.
The initiative aims to give back to the community while bringing people together over delicious flame-grilled chicken.
“Running from Dec 1 to 15, the campaign invites customers to purchase a ‘1/4 for Smiles’ voucher,” said Nando’s through a press statement, today.
Each voucher represents a donation of ¼ chicken and one side meal to someone in need. Nando’s will match every meal donated, doubling the impact.
“As part of this campaign, we want to spread joy and do what we do best: bringing people together, one flame-grilled bite at a time.”
Customers can also add a personal touch by writing a heartfelt note or a chicken pun on their vouchers.
“These notes will accompany the meals, adding an extra dose of cheer when they are delivered to the recipients.
“The donated meals will be distributed to nine charity homes across Sabah and Sarawak, benefiting children, the elderly, and families facing hardships.”
