KUCHING: Maxis has introduced new Maxis Family Plans priced at RM299 and RM399, bundling home fibre with multiple unlimited 4G/5G mobile lines.
According to Maxis, under the RM299 option, customers get 500Mbps home fibre with three unlimited 4G/5G mobile lines.
It added that under the RM399 option, customers get 1Gbps home fibre with four unlimited 4G/5G mobile lines.
“Customers can upgrade home fibre speeds up to 2Gbps and add up to six additional mobile lines.
“RM299 subscribers can upgrade to 1Gbps for RM90 per month or 2Gbps for RM160 per month, while RM399 subscribers can upgrade to 2Gbps for RM70 per month. Additional mobile lines cost RM48 per line,” it said.
It added that the plans come with a WiFi 6 router and free installation and include a free subscription to sooka Premium for a limited time.
For locations without fibre availability, Maxis said customers can opt for the Maxis Family Plan with 5G Home WiFi, which includes a free 5G router.
Commenting on this, Maxis Chief Consumer Business Officer Loh Keh Jiat said the new Maxis Family Plans are designed for families at home or on the go, whether for work, study or entertainment.
“Existing Maxis customers can upgrade to the new plans by visiting the nearest Maxis Centre or calling.”
