BINTULU: PPES Ternak Sdn Bhd (PTSB), a subsidiary of Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC), has expanded its ready-to-eat food range with nine new flavours under the Sara-Bif Premium Corned Beef and Lamb brand.
The launch took place yesterday at Sarawak Agrofest 2025, officiated by the Minister for Food Industry, Commodity and Regional Development Datuk Seri Dr Stephen Rundi Utom, together with SEDC general manager Datuk Abdul Hadi Abdul Kadir.
The new range features the Premium Lamb Collection, which includes Corned Lamb and Kabsah Corned Lamb, as well as the International Beef Collection, offering Blackpepper, Garlic, Chilli and Onion, Gochujang, Hot and Spicy, Smoky BBQ, and Curry flavours.
The products are made with beef and lamb sourced from Australia and New Zealand, combined with local spices and international seasonings. They are Halal and MESTI certified.
In a statement, PPES Ternak general manager Artino Arshad said the new flavours reflect the company’s commitment to strengthening food security while providing consumers with convenient, premium meal options.
The products will be available starting early September at Sara-Bif Premium outlets and major supermarkets across Sarawak, supporting local brands and the state’s agricultural modernisation drive.
