KUCHING: Nominations for the Sarawak State Arts Awards (ASNS) 2025 is now open, starting from 1 June until 1 July.
The Sarawak Department for National Culture and Arts (JKKN), in collaboration with the Sarawak Government through the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts (MTCP), welcomes the nominations from Cultural Arts Associations, Arts and Culture Industry Practitioners, Artists, Corporate Organisations and individuals across Sarawak.
The ASNS award categories include the Sarawak State Arts Figure Award, the Sarawak Arts Supporter Award for Non-Governmental Organisations, the Sarawak Arts Supporter Award for Government and Corporate Agencies, and the Sarawak Arts Supporter Award for the Media.
The Sarawak State Arts Figure Award focuses on individuals involved in the performing arts, including theatre, dance and music.
Nomination criteria and application forms are available via the QR Code featured in the promotional poster or can be obtained directly from the JKKN Sarawak Office.
The deadline for submissions is on 1 July by 12:00 noon.
