KUCHING: A fatal accident along Jalan Taman Jasmin in Sarikei resulted in one driver’s death and another driver’s injuries.
The accident involved two cars and happened around 5.40pm, according to a spokesperson from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba).
Upon receiving an emergency call, firemen from Sarikei fire station were promptly dispatched to the scene.
“Upon arrival, the team discovered that the 28-year old driver had survived the crash but sustained injuries, while the 38-year old driver was pronounced dead by paramedics,” said the spokesperson today (Apr 22).
