KUCHING: Siong How Exclusive at La Promenade Mall is offering opening promos worth tens of thousands of Ringgit from Aug 1.

Deals include up to 50 per cent off selected items, free installations, discounted bundle add-ons, new model launches, and more.

Some highlights include Haier 85-inch TVs for RM6,333, half-priced TVs, instant rebates on Samsung French-door fridges, and free Electrolux dryers for washers on promotions.

Siong How Exclusive offers 24 items for special Happy Hour sales daily from Aug 1 to 6, only available in-store.

“Customers will be pleasantly surprised by the significant savings and added value of the new Siong How Exclusive at La Promenade,” said Afira Shafiqnas, HSL’s corporate communications officer.

“Some of my favourite deals include free installations for Alpha water heaters. The best part about shopping in-store is the added value of customer service, like installation, which is not available online.

“Congratulations to Siong How on opening your first upmarket Exclusive store, located on level three of our mall. The 12,000sqft outlet houses a variety of concept stores.”

Brands include Electrolux, Haier, LG, and Samsung, Beko, Alpha, Joven, KDK, Mitsubishi Electric, Morgan, Panasonic and Butterfly.

Established in 2005, Siong How Electrical & Electronic has become one of Sarawak’s leading electrical chain stores.

The Exclusive store is Siong How’s 14th outlet statewide.

As a HSL mall tenant, Siong How Exclusive will participate in the developer’s upcoming sales events, including holiday promos and showhouses.

La Promenade is a 200-acre township within a park that has received prestigious awards for landscaping, architecture, and recognition from the developer’s association.

The Mall is the central commercial hub of the estate, with various popular Sarawak brands like Black Bean Coffee & Tea, Foo Man Ting, SugarBun, Hoan Gallery, Rice King, and Zoro.

In addition to Siong How, HSL’s leasing team may soon announce another significant tenant, K11 Karaoke, on L2, the mall’s food and entertainment section.

An expansion of the mall, which will almost triple the leasable area, is in the early planning stages.

HSL’s property team is adding three blocks of affordable apartments along the bustling expressway.
