Sarawak was the fifth destination for this nationwide MADANI Aidilfitri series, and its hosting symbolised the rich cultural diversity of Malaysia, and its role in strengthening harmony across different ethnic and religious communities.

Guests were treated to a variety of traditional Sarawak delicacies, while enjoying vibrant cultural and musical performances by local artists.

PETRA, as the lead ministry, hopes that the organisation of this event will serve as a platform to express the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI – to strengthen noble values such as compassion, tolerance and respect among the multiracial society, and to foster a spirit of unity that transcends differences in background and beliefs.
