MIRI: More than 400 participants gathered early Sunday morning for the highly anticipated Energy Run, which commenced at 6.30 am at Bintang Megamall here.
The event was officially flagged off by Deputy Minister for Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Datuk Sebastian Ting Chiew Yew.
In his opening remarks, Ting encouraged attendees to embrace a healthy lifestyle and spread positivity in their daily lives.
“Continue to lead positive lives and share positive energy with others,” he urged.
The Energy Run was organised in collaboration with Bintang Megamall, Radio Televisyen (RTM) Miri, and Yeo’s, as part of the lead-up celebrations for the 50th anniversary of RTM Miri in 2025.
