PUTRAJAYA: The three-day Rancakkan MADANI Bersama Malaysiaku programme and the National Public Service Reform Convention 2025 received an overwhelming response, with 502,804 visitors from Dec 5 to 7 at Dataran Putrajaya.
A statement from the Prime Minister’s Office said the nationwide programme, organised by the Performance Acceleration and Coordination Unit (PACU) in collaboration with the Public Service Department and Malaysian Productivity Corporation, also recorded several significant achievements.
“These include total MADANI sales amounting to RM2.15 million, covering RAHMAH Sales, Agro Sales, the Pesta Rasa @ Selera Malaysia food festival, and food trucks. The business matching initiative exceeded RM400,000,” the statement read.
The Royal Malaysia Police and Road Transport Department counters collected RM98,330 and RM36,143 in fines, respectively, amounting to RM134,473.
Additionally, 1,252 individuals also received job offers through open interview sessions.
The closing ceremony was officiated by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, accompanied by both Deputy Prime Ministers, a full line-up of the Cabinet, Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar, as well as federal and state public service senior leadership.
The programme featured approximately 500 activities across eight key segments: MADANI People’s Products, MADANI People’s Well-being, ARPA, ASEAN Leadership, MADANI People’s Brotherhood, MADANI Sales, MADANI Youth, and Visit Malaysia 2026.
It also included new initiatives such as MADANI Community Partners, the People’s Welfare Insurance Scheme (SIKR) 3.0, the ILTIZAM Circular, the Public Service Performance Index (I-PPA), the ARPA Training Module, and the launch of the Malaysia Merdeka book.
In his keynote address, the Prime Minister emphasised that the programme is the best platform for the public to assess the government’s three-year track record, while delivering its services, benefits, and initiatives directly in one location.
He also thanked all ministries and agencies for their hard work and the public for their strong turnout. – BERNAMA
