KOTA SAMARAHAN: The Samarahan Division Football Association (PBBS) has shortlisted 30 players following its final selection session yesterday, marking a key step towards the 2025 Sarawak Premier League, which kicks off on Sept 20.
Head coach Teruna Haji Jeman confirmed that full training will begin early next month.
“We have finalised 30 players after the last selection round. Full training will start early next month,” he said when met at Kota Samarahan Stadium.
The final trials, held this morning, were attended by PBBS president Mohamad Azri Johari and executive committee members.
Teruna added that the team is considering several friendly matches in the build-up to the league. “We will assess the need for friendlies as they are crucial to strengthening team chemistry,” he said.
